Dialogue Circles
Dialogue Circles allow for respectful discussion of challenging social or community topics (political polarization, race relations, LGBTQ issues, policing, etc.). They can be used after an event such as a movie or play so that participants can process their experience with other attendees. Organizations can choose to have private circles to increase their internal communication around issues that have led to divisions or tension within the organization, or to have a structured conversation about future plans.

Circles of Trust are longer term commitments, intended for individuals to walk alongside others in exploring, and pulling forth, their inner selves to be more fully present in their personal and professional lives.
Contact me to discuss participating in either type of circle today.

Facilitation
A facilitator serves as an essential catalyst within group settings, guiding communication, promoting understanding and ensuring the group achieves its goals effectively. A practicing facilitator, following Roger Schwartz's skilled facilitator model, I can step in as a neutral third party to move your team, group, leadership, or small organization towards a joint decision, learning a new concept, or transformation of an organizational challenge into a solution.

Mediation
A mediator is a neutral third person who can facilitate communication between you and one or more parties you’re in conflict with to find an amicable solution to a dispute. As a trained mediator, I am currently in service at Conflict Resolution Center in Santa Cruz, CA and WayMakers in Irvine, CA. You can contact me for mediation resources through one of these agencies or to discuss a potential mediation case you would like to consult with me about.

Communication Evaluation
Independent evaluation can increase public confidence. The use of an outside source can independently verify organizational health, accomplishments, and resource allocation. When it comes to internal and external communications, the feedback loop may be too long, and could lead to loss of clients, donors, or employees. For a neutral, external perspective on your team, program, group, or small organization communication processes, including onboarding, meeting organization, internal communication messaging, performance and feedback processing, you can contact me to discuss opportunities today.
